Our Process
From first conversation to final installation — how we build custom furniture for your Copenhagen home.
Initial enquiry
Contact us by phone, email, or the form on our contact page. Tell us about your space, the type of furniture you need, and your preferred timeline. We respond within two working days.
On-site consultation
We visit your apartment to measure the space, assess structural details, and discuss materials and finishes. The consultation costs 149 kr and includes preliminary sketches. This fee is credited toward your project if you proceed.
Design & proposal
Back at the workshop we prepare detailed drawings with dimensions, material specifications, and hardware choices. You receive a fixed-price proposal. Revision rounds beyond the agreed scope are billed at 650 kr/h.
Approval & deposit
Once you approve the design and quote, a 40% deposit secures your place in the production schedule. We confirm the estimated delivery date at this stage.
Workshop production
Your furniture is built entirely in our Nørrebrogade workshop. We keep you updated on progress and contact you if any on-site details need confirmation during production.
Delivery & installation
Our team delivers and installs the finished piece in your apartment. We adjust fit, attach wall fixings where needed, and leave the space clean. Final payment is due on completion.
Typical timelines
- Shelving and desks: 4–6 weeks from deposit
- Dining tables and window benches: 6–8 weeks
- Kitchen islands: 8–10 weeks
- Fitted wardrobes: 8–12 weeks
